You don't know what you've got until it's gone.
Today was the senior's last day of school. If you know me at all, you might know that I'm a little less than thrilled about being a high school student. But as I got to thinking... What will I be feeling on my last day of high school? All of my life, my plans have for the most part, been centered around when I have to go to school. Sure, we complain about having to go 9 months a year, having to get up before the crack of dawn, and all that darn homework. But will we ever look back on our days in high school with desire to go back? May seem like a crazy idea, but through all the good and bad, this is what we're used to. I know I don't like change, but unfortunately, it's a part of life. One day, the fact remains, that us freshmen will be wearing those caps and gowns. Let's be thankful for what we have while we have it.
